The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was conveniently located near the caves.

Amicable staff, excellent views of the mountains, everything is GREAT. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are tiled. The hotel offers marvellous location minute walk from Ban O downtown. The property has got a great restaurant. Will be back if ever in Ban O.

I stayed at Konglor Eco-Lodge for three nights while visiting Konglor cave. The basic yet comfortable accommodation had a lovely view of the mountains. The freshly prepared food at the on-site restaurant was tasty and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, even ensuring we woke up on time for our bus. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the cave. great value for money.

The location is super convenient, with the bus from Vientiane terminating right at the guesthouse. The cave ticket office is only a 10-minute walk away. The restaurant serves delicious food and fruit shakes. The staff is friendly and one lady speaks good English and possibly French.
